Opportunities
Members of the research team will study the transformative technology of the next generation of integrated intelligent micro-nano robots, enabling them to complete various tasks like macro robots, and even be applied in situations where macro machines are difficult to handle, such as micro machines and medical devices at the cellular scale.To accomplish these brand-new functions, significant breakthroughs are required from the basic principles to the engineering technology. Members of the research team will develop the materials, manufacturing, and control technologies of micro-nano robots, including novel responsive nano materials, heterogeneous integration technologies of micro-nano actuators, controllers, and sensors, key technologies of flexible micro-nano robots, and design methods of micro machines based on origami and metamaterials. Members of the research team will also cooperate with the research teams from the Institute of Medical Robots, the School of Mobility, and the School of Materials to develop the applications of micro-nano robots in the cross-field of medical surgeries, disease diagnosis, and other fields.
Postdoctoral Researchers
Job requirements:
1.Have a strong interest in micro-nano robots, and have relevant research experience in the fields of micro-nano robots, nano materials, microelectromechanical systems, mechanical engineering, and integrated circuit;
2.Those with the following research backgrounds are preferred: micro-nano device processing, nano materials, mechanical design, optical engineering, and integrated circuit design;
3.Have a strong self-motivation and good team spirit, and those who have published high-level papers are preferred;
4.Comply with the relevant regulations of Shanghai Jiao Tong University postdoctoral management, and the age shall not exceed 35 years old, and have obtained or are about to obtain a doctoral degree.
Ph.D. Students

Engineers/Research assistants
Job Requirements:
1.Engineers are required to have a background in science and engineering, with a bachelor's degree or above, and those with the following research backgrounds are preferred: micro-nano device processing, nano-materials, mechanical design, optical engineering, and integrated circuit design;
2.Research assistants are required to have a bachelor's degree or above, including various science and engineering, economics, accounting, etc.;
3.Strong self-motivation and good team spirit are required, and those who have published high-level papers are preferred.
